For all SharperBlade purchases, either on-line or in person, we will accept product returns and exchanges up to 30 days after delivery. After the 30 day period has ended, support for defective merchandise only, will be provided by customerservice@SharperBlade.com. Damaged blades due to operator error are not guaranteed or warranted for exchange or refund. All SharperBlade products are warranted for the life of the blade for manufacturing defects, only.

Before you return or exchange your SharperBlade product:
A)
Visit www.sharperblade.com for more information on how to install, helpful tips and problem solving issues.
B)
Email us for an RMA at customerservice@sharperblade.com or contact us between 8 am and 6 pm PST @ 720-598-5366.  

SharperBlade reserves the right to verify that you called technical support before we exchange a product.


To process a return or exchange–
Step one – obtain an RMA by emailing us at customerservice@sharperblade.com or calling 1-702-598-5366. This RMA is required for all returns and exchanges.
Step two – Prepare your package for pick up by doing the following:
1. Place the product in the original or similar packaging 
2. Include all items originally in the product box (including copy of the receipt)
3. On the outside of the package, write in bold letters:
- RMA
- The words "SharperBlade Return" or "SharperBlade Exchange"
 
If you return a product outside this process, your credit or exchange may be delayed pending proof of delivery to our warehouse. Please follow the above directions or you will assume risk of loss.


Refund Policy
SharperBlade will refund the original product price paid plus tax (if applicable), less a 25% restocking fee, and the shipping and handling fee. The original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Exchange Policy
SharperBlade will exchange the any product, crediting the original price paid plus tax (if applicable), less a 25% restocking fee and the shipping and handling fee.  The new product will be charged the difference, plus tax (if applicable) and the standard shipping and handling fee.
